Right after I turned 50 I noticed just a slow-down in my activity. I've heard the older you get, the harder it is to get off, and while it is true, using the Inches-A-Weigh program, I can keep it off. After losing 20 pounds and 18 inches, I feel better and have more energy. I am in better moods and happier. I'm very healthy, but I love that I feel great with IAW.
Before IAW, I didn’t want to put on a pair of shorts or even capri’s. But now I am comfortable in the way I look and how my clothes fit and I don’t worry about how people see me. I used to be embarrassed, now I am proud of how I look. Once I started seeing the scales go down in weight, I am motivated to stay and get into the clothes I want to be in. I don’t want to have to think about going out and buying new clothes as I gain weight, but instead am back into the clothes I own now that are smaller! Shopping for clothes in larger sizes isn’t fun. It’s embarrassing to try on a size you used to wear only to find out it is too small.
I’m grateful to not only the women who work in the center, but also the women who work-out there because they make it a place I want to be. It’s a great feeling to know that there are people who care for you and want you to succeed, and that is what I experience each time I go to my Inches-A-Weigh classes. I am thrilled at how this program has worked and how much better I feel and look. I’m thrilled that I have found support that I’ve never experienced before. Thank you Inches-A-Weigh for helping me and making me happy again!
